I build organic minimal structures.organic means I let the structure grow, change and adapt by the purpose and usage.I try to build tidy, minimal mvp rather than auto scalable kubernetes infra at the start.I try to fix or improve a very specific, narrow painpoint rather than all in one, broad use cases.I try to be the best, in the list of “that specific feature” providers, not one of them, or one of the good ones.I am more interested in niche areas. Niche means the idea is more unique with a better outcome than legacy approaches.Crowded category is a signal of higher competition. Competition without having a 10x better solution means probably you are not gonna make it.I try to put less than one week for building mvp and one week for making the first $ from it.2026-05-14
