I am feeling so sick of the internet. I feel like's it's just a net negative in every way. It makes me see the world as a horrible place. I'm gonna try to stay off as much as I can. Working on strategies to do this effectively. I've used Cold Turkey Blocker before and just turned a block on again as a reminder. I want to wake, live the whole day in the moment, in the physical world until I fall asleep, and then do that again and again until I come back to reality. The world is around us. It's not online. That's not the world.
