It's a tough technical problem that requires the newest CV and AI approaches, and we’re impact-driven to make it more efficient to build more houses, hospitals, and schools. You’ll Own features end-to-end — interview customers every week and watch them use the product, and ship the feature they need by the next week Build UIs that make complex blueprint and hardware data feel simple for people who've been doing this on paper for 20 years Work across the stack: React frontend, Python backend + infra Shape what we build next, not just how we build it We want Great product taste — you care about how things look, feel, and work for the user 0-to-1 architect and builder who can work across the entire stack Comfort talking to customers directly and translating messy domain knowledge into clean product decisions Growth mindset, slope > y-intercept Communicate with empathy and honesty.
